He is responsible for supporting and overseeing the firm’s compliance program, ensuring alignment with CIRO requirements.
Ralph began his career on the research side, and his experience spans roles with bank-owned institutions, large independent firms, and boutique organizations. This diverse background has provided him with broad, hands-on practical expertise across multiple facets of the industry.
Ralph is married to Lindsey, and together they have three adult children and two dogs. He enjoys spending time gardening, sharing a good laugh, and most of all, looks forward to visits to his vacation home in the Dominican Republic.
